What do race, gender, and nationality indicate about your strengths?

NOT MUCH AS IT TURNS OUT.

The characteristics of a your demographic group do not determine your potential strengths. You have as much chance of possessing any of the 34 CliftonStrengths themes as anyone else. The primary disparity between demographic groups is based on gender, specifically in regards to only two of the strengths: Analytical and Empathy. However, according to Gallup’s research, gender only explains 4% of the diversity in scores for those two strengths on average.

Differences based on race or ethnicity are even smaller, with race accounting for less than 1.8% of the variation in scores across all 34 themes.

You’re uniquely you…the essence of you, the talents you’ve been given.  Revel in, glory in your strengths!
