Having spent most of my career in the Pacific Islands, I’ve encountered brilliant young women with big dreams but limited opportunities, exemplified by a poignant moment in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Faced with the stark reality of limited educational access, I’ve come to recognise that the poverty in the Pacific is a poverty of opportunity.

This awareness drives my passion as a Strengths coach. I aim to empower individuals by helping them understand their unique contributions, fostering hope, determination, and impactful personal growth.

A better understanding of one’s unique contributions to the world can spark hope and determination and ultimately result in greater well-being and personal impact!

My journey, shaped by diverse experiences, has led me to this purposeful role, where I can use my strengths to make a positive difference in the lives of those I deeply care about.
